I also joined the Accounting Society in the Spring semester of my Sophomore year. Like Beta Alpha Psi, the Accounting Society gives me the opportunity to learn and network with peer accounting majors. We attend professional events together and learn about the accounting profession through peer workshops. Now as a Junior, I have become more involved in the leadership of the club.

This year I have taken on the role of Fundraising Chair. My main responsibility is to find ways to raise funds for the organization, in order to fund social events, professional events, and other cash needs.
