I became a licensed soccer referee in Fall 2011. I referee travel soccer games at all levels of competition and age ranges. Through my experience as a referee I have learned the importance of integrity and have applied it to my way of life. I understand the impact being honest and fair with people has and it has become one of the cornerstones of my personality.

Through the many years working as a referee I have encountered a multitude of different personalities in various situations. I have been yelled at, challenged morally, and more. I learned that I am a person that is always able to stay true to myself and remain professional even when it is difficult to do so. At the same time, I was not someone that ran away from the situation, but I learned to listen and respectfully handle myself. This is a trait that I believe fits very well in many business situations. I am able to stay calm under pressure and professionally complete my job.
